Bbq pulled pork sammies
Ingredients
- 5 1/2 lb pork butt roast
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/3 can regular coke
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 2 cup coleslaw
Instructions
- Rub pork butt with brown sugar and salt and pepper
- Place in slow cooker on low for 12 hours along with can of coke.
- After 12 hours remove from slow cooker and shred.
- Use fav bbq sauce and coleslaw for topping.
