Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 lb pork butt roast
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 can regular coke
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 cup coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Rub pork butt with brown sugar and salt and pepper
  2. Place in slow cooker on low for 12 hours along with can of coke.
  3. After 12 hours remove from slow cooker and shred.
  4. Use fav bbq sauce and coleslaw for topping.
