Bbq Lamb Shoulder Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 c. Catsup
- 1 tsp Celery salt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 6 lb Boned shoulder of lamb (rolled & tied)
Instructions
- Combine catsup, celery salt, Worcestershire, pepper & honey; mix well.
- Place lamb on spit; brush with honey mix.
- Cook on rotisserie 2 hrs, brushing frequently with honey mix during cooking.
