Ingredients
- 12 each KRAFT DINNER Frozen Macaroni & Cheese (7-oz. pouch)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 qt. fresh mushrooms
- quartered
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Regular BarBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 12 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
- grilled
Instructions
- For each serving: Prepare 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add 1/3 cup (75 mL) mushrooms; saute 2 to 3 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Add macaroni & cheese, 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) barbecue sauce and 1/2 tsp.
- (2 mL) mustard to skillet; mix lightly.
- Cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon onto plate; top with 1 sliced chicken breast.
