Bbq Bob's Southern (Indiana) Bbq Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 12 ounce Tomato paste
• 3 c. Beef stock
• 1/3 c. Sugar
• 1/3 c. Brown sugar
• 1/4 c. Prepared mustard
• 1/4 c. White vinegar
• 1/4 c. Worchestershire sauce
• 1 x Medium onion
• chopped
• 1 tsp Butter

Instructions

1. Heat butter until brown.
2. Add in chopped onion, saute/fry.
3. Add in remaining ingredients then bring to a boil.
4. Simmer 1 hour.
