Ingredients
- 54 ounces sauerkraut bavarian style
- undrained
- 2 x 27 ounce cans
- 2 pounds sausage polish kielbasa
- pre-cooked
- cut into 3 inch pieces
- 1 each onions thinly sliced
- seperated into rings
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- powdered instant
- 2 teaspoons celery seeds
Instructions
- In bottom of slow cooking pot, layer 1 can sauerkraut, 1 lb sausage pieces, half the onion slices, 1/2 teaspoons boulllon and 1/4 teaspoons celery seed.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover and cook at Low for 7 to 9 hours or High for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve with boiled potatoes and apple raisin salad.
