Basil, Dijon, Honey Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chiffonned fresh basil (more or possibly less to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey salt and fresh grnd pepper
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Process the first 5 ingredients in a food processor, till well blended.
- Drizzle in extra virgin olive oil with the food processor running.
