Ingredients

  • 3 c. Self-rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Fresh minced basil
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounce Hot beer

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour into well-greased loaf pan and bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 50 min.
  3. Remove fro pan, cold on wire rack and slice.
  4. May be spiced up a bit with garlic.
