Basic Tofu Cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbs. maple syrup
- 2 Tbs. canola oil
- 16 oz. firm tofu
Instructions
- In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
- Store in refrigerator.
