Ingredients
- 150 grams Strong bread flour
- 150 grams Cake flour
- 3 grams Dry yeast
- 5 grams Salt
- 180 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tomato sauce
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the bread maker and proof.
- Shape the dough into whatever shape you like.
- Top with tomato sauce, herb salt and your choice of toppings and bake for 15 minutes at 200C.
