Basic Orange Cake with fresh orange peel

Ingredients

• 4 piece orange
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 40 grams butter
• 2 eggs

Instructions

1. Collect the orange segments.. Only the pulp
2. Use the leftover orange segments to get required amount of juice.
3. U will get more than enough juice :)
4. Preheat the oven at 210C.
5. Mix flour, eggs, butter, sugar, orange juice and make cake batter.
6. Add baking powder and baking soda .
7. Grease the baking pan properly and sprinkle over sugar at he bottom.
8. Arrange the orange segments in a flower type pattern.
9. Than pour cake batter.
10. Again arrange the orange segments and than cake batter.
11. Bake for 35min at 200C
