Basic Devilled Eggs
Ingredients
- 12 hard-cooked eggs
- peeled
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks, With fork, mash yolks; add mayonaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or store, covered, in refrigerator.
- Use within 3 days.
