Ingredients

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • peeled
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks, With fork, mash yolks; add mayonaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve immediately or store, covered, in refrigerator.
  4. Use within 3 days.
