Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Cream
- 1 lb Lowfat milk chocolate (bar or possibly bulk)
- 3 Tbsp. Kirsch
- Cointreau
- or possibly brandy
- optional
Instructions
- Hot cream in saucepan over low heat.
- Stirring constantly, add in the chocolate, broken into small pcs.
- Continue stirring till chocolate is melted and well blended.
- Add in liquor or possibly brandy, if you like.
- Serve in fondue dish over candle or possibly very low heat.
- Offer a choice or possibly fruit to dunk.
