Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- 1/3 c. Barbecue sauce
- 1 x Prebaked pizza crust
- 3 x Italian plum tomatoes
- sliced
- 1 c. Monterey jack cheese
- shredded
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450F.
- In small bowl, combine chicken and barbecue sauce; mix well.
- Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet; spread chicken mix over shell.
- Arrange tomatoes over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min or possibly till cheese is melted and shell is browned.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
