Ingredients
- 2 pound beef stewing pcs or possibly beef chuck roast
- cut in cubes
- 1 sm. onion
- diced
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Small amount green pepper
- 1/2 c. beef stock or possibly bouillon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. ketchup
Instructions
- In a 4 qt Dutch oven, combine meat with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer over low heat 2 1/2 to 3 hrs or possibly till meat is very tender.
- Place hot meat mix in a food processor fitted with metal blade.
- Process briefly to shred or possibly shred by hand using forks.
- Serve warm on hot rolls.
