Ingredients

  • 12-16 thighs (debone
  • throw away most fat and skin
  • then cut thighs in halves)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • chopped
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 shot dark rum
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 squeeze fresh lemon/lime
  • 2 green onions
  • minced
  • 8-10 bamboo sticks

Instructions

  1. Can be purchased at Oriental Market.
  2. Mix all ingredients in large container.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs.
  4. Skew and barbecue on low heat till done, about 45 min to 1 hour.
  5. Check and turn as needed.
  6. Serve hot with rice and salad.
  7. Yield: 4 servings.
