Ingredients
- 12-16 thighs (debone
- throw away most fat and skin
- then cut thighs in halves)
- 2 cloves garlic
- chopped
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 shot dark rum
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 squeeze fresh lemon/lime
- 2 green onions
- minced
- 8-10 bamboo sticks
Instructions
- Can be purchased at Oriental Market.
- Mix all ingredients in large container.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs.
- Skew and barbecue on low heat till done, about 45 min to 1 hour.
- Check and turn as needed.
- Serve hot with rice and salad.
- Yield: 4 servings.
