Barbecue Chicken Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 c. oil
• 2 c. vinegar
• 3 tbsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 10 broiler halves

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in blender for about 2 min.
2. Start broiler halves on grill and brush with marinade last 20 min of grilling.
3. Marinade may be kept refrigerated about 2 weeks.
