Barbecue Butter Beans Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lg. can (1/2 gal.) butter beans
• 1 med. onion
• minced
• 1/2 c. & 2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1 teaspoon onion flakes
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1 tbsp. grnd cinnamon

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients and pour into 3 qt casserole.
2. Cover with slices of bacon.
3. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 1 1/2 hrs.
