Barbara's Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
Ingredients
- 4 lbs potatoes
- sliced
- 1 12 lbs cooked ham
- cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 3 tablespoons minced dried onion
- 1 cup water
- 2 (11 ounce) cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
Instructions
- Layer potatoes, ham, and onions in very large slow cooker.
- Combine soup and water.
- Pour over layers in pot.
- Cover.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours.
