Ingredients
- 5 each potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packages Brown gravy mix
- 1 Bangers (sausages)
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until fork tender.
- Mash potatoes with milk.
- Slice onion and carmalize in butter.
- Add onions and garlic powder to potatoes.
- Simmer bangers in beer until cooked through.
- Discard beer.
- Slice bangers on an angle and lightly fry.
- Make brown gravy according to package directions.
- Add gravy to bangers and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve bangers over potatoes.
