Banana Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
- (Raita)
- 6 x servings
- 2 x bananas
- 3 c. (a 32 ounce container) plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 dsh grnd cinnamon
- 1 dsh cayenne pepper
- 1 dsh cardamom
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Puree one of the bananas (ripe but not over-ripe) with some of the yogurt.
- Cut up other banana in 1/2 inch pcs.
- Combine all ingredients & chill.
