Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 100 grams Sugar (I used brown sugar)
- 190 ml Vinegar (whatever you have)
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut into 1 cm round slices.
- Or just leave it whole.
- Put the sugar, sliced banana, and vinegar, in that order, into a microwave-safe dish that can hold 450 ml.
- Without covering, microwave the dish for 40 seconds at 600 W or for 1 minute at 500 W.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 12 hours, and then it's done.
- Remove the bananas after 1 week.
