Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 100 grams Sugar (I used brown sugar)
  • 190 ml Vinegar (whatever you have)

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut into 1 cm round slices.
  2. Or just leave it whole.
  3. Put the sugar, sliced banana, and vinegar, in that order, into a microwave-safe dish that can hold 450 ml.
  4. Without covering, microwave the dish for 40 seconds at 600 W or for 1 minute at 500 W.
  5. Let it sit at room temperature for 12 hours, and then it's done.
  6. Remove the bananas after 1 week.
