Banana Poi (Samoan Dish) Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Bananas
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Halfnhalf lowfat milk or possibly 1/2 can coconut lowfat milk
- 1 x Lemon Ice Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Mash bananas (preferably with hands) till smooth.
- Fold in vanilla and lowfat milk.
- Add in sugar to taste.
- Peel lemon and add in the peels to the mix and stir.
- The lemon peel will add in a faint lemon flavor.
- Pour over ice and serve.
- Serves 2.
