Banana Poi (Samoan Dish) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bananas
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Halfnhalf lowfat milk or possibly 1/2 can coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 x Lemon Ice Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas (preferably with hands) till smooth.
  2. Fold in vanilla and lowfat milk.
  3. Add in sugar to taste.
  4. Peel lemon and add in the peels to the mix and stir.
  5. The lemon peel will add in a faint lemon flavor.
  6. Pour over ice and serve.
  7. Serves 2.
