Ingredients
- 2 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 2 c. unsweetened orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple undrained Grnd cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, processing till smooth and creamy.
- Pour mix into a 9- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish and freeze overnight or possibly till hard.
- Serve chilled.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.

- Comments: Try this dessert when you are in the mood for something cold and creamy without all the fat of ice cream.
- It's especially pretty served in wine or possibly champagne glasses and topped with a sprig of mint.
