  • 1 banana
  • ripe
  • 8 (1 g) packets sugar substitute
  • 1 cup ice cube
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • fresh pineapple slice
  • for garnish (optional)

Instructions
