  • 3 large bananas
  • 34 cup Splenda granular
  • sugar substitute
  • 14 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
  • 13 cup margarine
  • melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup walnuts
  • chopped

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg.
  3. Add the melted butter and chopped walnuts.
  4. Add the dry ingredients stir to mix.
  5. Fill greased muffin tray with mixture and bake for 20 minutes in a 375F oven.
