Ingredients
- 1 x (9 in.) graham cracker crust (Can be purchaed ready made in grocery store)
- 1 x (8 ounce.) package cream cheese
- softened
- 1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 med sized ripe bananas
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- In bowl, beat softened cheese till light and fluffy.
- Gradually stir in sweetened condensed lowfat milk till thoroughly blended.
- Stir in 1/3 c. lemon juice and vanilla.
- Slice 3 bananas; line crust with banana slices.
- Pour filling into crust.
- Chill 2 to 3 hrs.
- Slice fourth banana; dip in lemon juice.
- Garnish top of pie with banana slices.
