Ingredients

  • 1 34 cups quinoa flour
  • 14 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 34 cup mashed banana

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  2. In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter, honey and vanilla.
  3. Stir in banana.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just blended.
  5. Spray waffle maker with cooking spray.
  6. For each waffle, pour about 1/3 cup batter into waffle maker.
