Ingredients

  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 cup Splenda granular
  • 14 cup shortening
  • 14 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cream together the sugar, splenda, shortening & applesauce.
  2. Mix in the eggs & bananas.
  3. Sift the flour, salt & soda together & add to mixture.
  4. Pour into a prepared bread pan.
  5. Sprinkle the top with turbinado sugar.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 340.
