Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) oregano
• 1/2 finely diced shallot

Instructions

1. Add up all the ingrediants and mix.
2. I put it in a covered container and shake it up really well.
