Balsalmic Veggies
Ingredients
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 Onion
- 1 1/4 cup Balsalmic Vinegar
- 3/4 cup Olive oil
- extra virgin
- 1 1/2 tbsp Parsley
Instructions
- Chop up veggies to desired size and shape.
- Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and parsley.
- Coat veggies with mixture and marinate them for 6 to 8 hrs.
- Serve with extra dressing if desired.
