Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- 1/4 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 4 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Distilled White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 325F.
- Rinse chicken breasts in water, then cut into cubes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken into cornstarch to coat then dip into eggs.
- Heat oil in large skillet and cook chicken until browned but not cooked through.
- Place chicken in 9x13 inch greased baking dish.
- Mix all sweet and sour sauce ingredients in bowl with whisk then pour evenly over chicken.
- Bake 1 hour and during baking process, turn chicken every 15 mins.
