Ingredients
- 1 packages won ton wraps
- 10 oz spinach
- 30 oz ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup romano cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 black pepper
- 1 marinara for dipping
Instructions
- cook spinach with 2tbsp of water on the stove for 5 min or till wilted.
- let it cool then drain excess water.
- mix ricotta cheese, spinach, romano cheese, salt and pepper and mix well
- drop 2 tbsp of mix in center of one won ton on a baking tray with non stick spray on it.
- brush edges of won ton with water or eggwash
- put second won ton wrap on top n crimp edges together tightly with fork
- heat over to 375
- brush raviolis with olive oil
- bake for 10 or 12 min then serve with marinara sauce.
