Baked Spam And Tortellini Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 jar spaghetti sauce - (10 ounce)
• 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cubed
• 1 pkt cheese tortellini
• 1/2 c. minced onions
• 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a 2 1/2-qt casserole combine all ingredients except mozzarella cheese, mix gently.
3. Bake covered, stirring halfway through baking, 50 to 60 min or possibly till tortellini are tender.
4. During last 5 min of baking, uncover and top with the cheese.
5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
