Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Fresh salmon filets
  • 1/4 small head Cabbage
  • 1 Cheese
  • 1 Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and julienne the cabbage.
  2. Mix with a bit of mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove bones from the salmon, slice horizontally.
  4. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
  5. Layer a lot of cabbage on a heatproof bowl, lay the salmon, spread mayonnaise, then sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated toaster oven for 7-8 minutes, and it's done.
