Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Plain lowfat yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Capers
  • liquid removed
  • 1/2 tsp White wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 2 x (4 ounce.) salmon steaks
  • 1 sm Onion
  • thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry white wine
  • 1 tsp Dry dillweed Lemon slices Fresh dill sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine First Five Ingredients, Mixing Well.
  2. Cover & Chill.
  3. Rinse Salmon, Pat Dry.
  4. Place in 1 Qt Baking Dish Coated With Cooking Spray.
  5. Arange Onino Slices Over Salmon.
  6. Pour Wine Over Salmon & Sprinkle With Dill.
  7. Cover & Bake At 350 For 15 To 20 Minutes.
  8. Or possibly Till Salmon Flakes Easily When Tested With A Fork.
  9. Throw away Onion & Dill (If Fresh).
  10. Transfer To Individual Serving Plates.Spoon 2 Tablespoons Caper Sauce Over Each Salmon Steak & Garnish With Lemon Slices & Fresh Dill If you like.
