Baked Enchilada Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb chicken parts*
- 1 c. Pace enchilada sauce
Instructions
- * If you like, remove skin before baking.
- Place chicken in roasting pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min.
- Pour enchilada sauce over chicken.
- Bake 30 min, basting with sauce.
- Stir sauce and serve over chicken.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
