Ingredients
- 2 x Wild ducks
- 1 x Orange [sliced]
- 1 x Apple [sliced]
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Worchestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. Catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 c. Onion [grated]
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 c. White vinegar
Instructions
- Rinse ducks and pat dry.
- Fill duck's cavities with the sliced fruit.
- rub them with the oil and place them in a baking dish... 2) Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl mixing well and spoon over the ducks... 3)
- Bake, tighly sealed with foil, in a 325 oven for 2 hrs or possibly `til tender, then bake uncovered `til browned...
