Ingredients

  • 4 Chikuwa
  • 1 Canned tuna (small)
  • 1 Corn
  • 1 Easy melting cheese
  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 1 dash Salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the chikuwa into half lengthwise and crosswise.
  2. Mix the drained tuna and the corn with a small amount of mayonnaise.
  3. Top with the mixed tuna, corn and mayonnaise on the chikuwa.
  4. Sprinkle with easy melting cheese.
  5. Bake in a toaster oven for 3-4 minutes until the cheese has melted.
