Baked brown sugar bacon
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 lb sliced bacon
Instructions
- preheat oven to 375F
- line baking sheet with aluminum foil
- mix light brown sugar and Dijon mustard in mixing bowl
- place strips of bacon, side by side, on aluminum foil
- use spoon to spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard/brown sugar mix onto bacon
- place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes
- allow grease to drain off bacon for 2 minutes, then serve
