Baked Beer Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 lb Grnd beef ds Pepper
• 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 1 x Garlic clove
• crushed
• 1/3 c. Chili sauce
• 1/2 pkt Dry onion soup mix
• 1/2 c. Beer

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400'F.
2. Combine meat, pepper, Tabasco sauce, garlic, chili sauce, dry onion soup mix, and 1/4 c. beer.
3. Shape into 6 patties.
4. Bake at 400'F.
5. till brown, about 10 min.
6. Baste with remaining 1/4 c. of the beer.
7. Continue baking for an additional 10-15 min, till well done.
