Ingredients

  • 34 cup butter
  • melted
  • 13 cup granulated sugar
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 14 cup Robin Hood Nutri Flour Blend
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 cups toffee pieces
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips or 1 cup white chocolate chips or 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the melted butter, sugars and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Beat in next 4 ingredients until incorporated.
  4. Add toffee bits and chocolate chips.
  5. Firmly press dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
  6. The dough should measure 11x15-inches.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.
  8. Let cool until firm.
  9. Break or cut into 2-inch pieces.
  10. Freeze in plastic bags or airtight containers.
