Ingredients
- 34 cup butter
- melted
- 13 cup granulated sugar
- 13 cup brown sugar
- packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 cup Robin Hood Nutri Flour Blend
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups toffee pieces
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips or 1 cup white chocolate chips or 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the melted butter, sugars and vanilla until well combined.
- Beat in next 4 ingredients until incorporated.
- Add toffee bits and chocolate chips.
- Firmly press dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
- The dough should measure 11x15-inches.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.
- Let cool until firm.
- Break or cut into 2-inch pieces.
- Freeze in plastic bags or airtight containers.
