Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
  • divided
  • 4 cod fillets (1 lb.)
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1/4 cup slivered red onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing for later use.
  4. Cover grill grate with sheet of foil sprayed with cooking spray; top with fish.
  5. Grill 10 min.
  6. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with remaining dressing for the last few minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, mix mayo and reserved dressing until blended.
  8. Remove fish from grill; break into small pieces.
  9. Place on tostada shells; top with onions, cilantro and mayo mixture.
