Ingredients
- 400 gm blue fin tuna filet
- 5 gm celery salt
- 4 x turns of the pepper mill
- 2 x limes juiced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. coconut lowfat milk
- 500 ml First Pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. purple onion
- 2 Tbsp. cucumber minced
Instructions
- In a stainless steel bowl, mix your tuna and your onion and cucumber together.
- Add in your ingredients one by one all while thoroughly stirring and till each item is well coated.
- Let rest for a few min.
- Serve and Buen Provecho.
