Ingredients
- 8 slc Bacon
- diced
- 1/2 sm Head green cabbage
- thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Caraway seeds
- 1 tsp Cider vinegar
- 1 x Baked cheese pizza crust
- (such as Boboli) (16-oz)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 c. Packed grated Gruyè
- re cheese
- 3/4 c. Packed grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Saute/fry bacon in heavy large skillet over medium heat till brown and crisp.
- Using slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels and drain.
- Pour off drippings from skillet and throw away.
- Add in cabbage to same skillet and saute/fry till wilted, about 5 min.
- Sprinkle caraway seeds and vinegar over and blend well.
- Season cabbage mix with salt and pepper.
- Place pizza crust on heavy large baking sheet.
- Spread with mustard, then cabbage mix.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
- Top with cheeses, spreading proportionately.
- Bake pizza till cheeses heat and crust is crisp, about 20 min.
- Serves 4.
