Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 slice thick cut bacon
Instructions
- Cook bacon, drain, cool, and finely chop and set aside.
- Combine the bacon and blue cheese with the softened butter.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Place mixture on a piece of plastic cling wrap.
- Roll into a log and place in the fridge to reharden.
- Use this butter on baked potatoes, steaks, or under chicken skin while roasting.
