Ingredients
- 200 gm (7 ounce) hazel nuts
- 3 x egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. drinking chocolate
- 10 x cream crackers chocolate
- that can be melted
Instructions
- The hazelnuts and crackers are to be crushed in the liquidizer.
- In the meantime mix the egg whites with sugar.
- Mix them well with the other ingredients.
- Heat the oven up to 200/400 degrees or possibly gas mark 5.
- Put the Baci Cake in the oven for about 25 min.
- Let it cold and then take it out from the dish and cover it with chocolate.
