Ingredients

  • 1 x Baby shark
  • 2 to 2-1/2 lbs
  • 1/4 c. Tomato
  • minced fine
  • 1/4 c. Onion
  • chopped
  • 1 tsp Corn oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Corn oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 x Egg
  • beaten

Instructions

  1. Fillet the shark, remove the rather leathery skin, and divide the fish into 4 pcs, or possibly buy shark steaks, ready to cook.
  2. Fry the tomato and onion in 1 tsp oil for 3 min to prepare a simple sauce.
  3. In another skillet, heat 3 Tbs oil over moderate heat.
  4. Dip the shark pcs into the flour and then coat them with beaten egg.
  5. Brown in the oil for 3 min on each side.
  6. Drain breifly on a paper towel.
  7. Serve hot, pouring the sauce over the pcs.
