Ingredients
- 1 12 cups peanut butter
- 12 cup butter
- softened
- 34 cup white sugar
- 23 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup quick oats
- 34 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until creamy and well mixed.
- Add sugars and beat until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, and soda.
- Mix well and then add to wet mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and press down slightly with floured fork.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until turning golden around edges.
- Remove and let cool on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes to firm up.
- Remove to baking rack and let cool completely before storing (or eat a lot of them while warm!
