Ingredients
- 15 x Ripe medium California Avocados
- seeded and peeled
- 1 lrg onion
- minced
- 3 x Garlic cloves
- crushed
- 2 x Tomatoes
- diced
- 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese
- grated
- 5 x Green chilies
- diced (WEAR GLOVES)
- 1 c. Fresh cilantro
- finely minced
- 1/2 c. Fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Lawrys seasoned salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix to blend.
- Note: To store Guacamole, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the Guacamole and chill.
