Avocado & olive oil dressing

Ingredients

• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 avocado
• 1/4 onion
• 1 cup olive oil
• extra virgin
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions

1. Chop the onion and the garlic in medium pieces to make it easier to blend (avocado is more soft so doing this step is optional for it)
2. Mix all ingredients into the blender and blend it to the chosen consistency
3. Pour over your salad and enjoy ;)
